Damage to A/C pulley and other pulley
Long story short: My serpentine belt jumped a tooth and was getting shredded up. This wouldn't have been that much of an issue if I was home and knew where to take the car.
Unfortunately, this wasn't the case as I was almost 2 hours away from home. The closest place I could take it to was a Goodyear auto center and the techs there were careless and did damage to the A/C compressor pulleys and another pulley.
Eventually got the belt put on by another European specialty shop as Goodyear was unable to do the job and made my way back home.
Took the car to the dealer to get a full assessment of the damage and it turns out that according to the Service rep, in order to take care of the pulley on the A/C compressor they have to replace the compressor altogether. The service rep also informed me that they have to pull the motor to replace the compressor.
Now with all that being said, I also had Kleemann LT headers and an x-pipe installed roughly a month ago. With them having to pull the motor to install the new compressor, are there any more headaches I ought to be looking forward to?
Thanks for your help!
Ps. I just renewed my warranty last week; however, I'll be paying for these repairs out of pocket because the damage was done by another shop. But I'm seeking out reimbursement from them as we speak.
Pss. I know I'm an idiot for going to Goodyear in the first place, but I was unfamiliar with the area I was in. Cut me some slack. Pretty please.

Not sure if you are okay with tools, but I replaced compressor-new Denso unit bought out of California, changed it in the driveway, 4 hours, remove front fan you can squeeze it out the front up thru the top between rad and motor, it a little tight but not impossible, get new dryer also. Get unit drained of Freon to start then replace comp and evacuate and recharge. I had to get the car reset after this, now AC works fine. Pulling the motor out sounds expensive for you. Total cost 550 all in.

You might look into a set of Wiestec pulleys, 299 for 5 pulleys. The OEM are an issue not far down the road and they usually fail out on the road far from help. Check them out.

AC Compressors, Alternators, ABC Pumps all need special Mercedes tools to be worked with and GoodYear dont have them.

Sounds to me like you are someone that can be easily lied to...
Maybe there is something wrong besides the compressor that you didnt understand???
If not, take it to another dealer! or other Mercedes specialist in your area. I have pulled 5 diffrent AC compressors on 3 diffrent AMG's including a C63 without having to pull the motor out. It was done in 2-3hours. Be Careful, sounds to me like those dudes are wanting to steal parts from your engine
ahhaahha. Let me guess, they are propabley going to blame the issue on the headers..

Unless the Compressor Clutch is damaged, there is absoloutely no issue in pulling the pulley itself out of the compressor and replacing it. you can see new OEM C63 pulleys being sold on parts.com for this reason. There is also a special Mercedes tool that has three pinched holes that adapts with the holes in your compressor that is used to remove the pulley.
sounds to me that your dealer dont even have that tool
Can you please tell us what Mercedes Dealer is this???
Ask them about the special Mercedes AC compressor tool? see if they have any idea about it
