Hyperion's Candy-Coated 4 x 4
F/S: HRE S104 20 x 9 and 20 x 11 (ANY FINISH YOU WANT)

These were ordered for my CLS63 and are about 1 week from being completed by HRE. Thus, they are brand new --- not even completed -- HRE S104s THAT YOU CAN HAVE DONE IN ANY FINISH YOU WANT.

Here are the wheels in question:

http://www.hrewheels.com/wheels/series-s1/s104
The specs are:

20 x 9 (et25) and 20 x 11 (et35)

They retail for $10k + tax....but I will let them go for $7750....I will entertain offers. Even unreasonable ones -- I need a good laugh during my day.

They wouldn't fit the C63 other than the BS?

Wow! Congrats man!! Sweet deal! I guess you're going with a different set of shoes for both of those rides? Either way congrats and can't wait to see what you do with them.

Thanks mang!

M3- HRE P44SC, akrapovic exhaust, brembo BBK and KW sleeve kit (not to mention all the CF OEM goodies I ordered for wholesale through BMW and to be installed at the port)

M5 - akrapovic exhaust, HRE P101 wheels and HR springs

Sweet setup on both. And good choice on the P101. Can't wait to see the finished product.

Yeah the one silver lining is the m5 came with 20s (255-35 and 295-30) wrapped in Michelin PSSs so I don't need to get new tires.

I was about to give you **** for moving to M, but that pair seems pretty amazing. The new M5 is one of the fastest sedans I've ever rolled against - and it looks good to boot. Congrats.

Thanks! Overall I feel like BMW dealerships are much more in tune with the forum-world and are more willing to deal. For example, I never see MBZ dealerships on this forum posting about deals to be had on their inventory. And while some may look at the lack of deal making as a way to maintain the brand image of an exclusive auto manufacturer, it (at least in my eyes) makes it less likely I would want to be in an MBZ again.

My former sales manager from a SoCal MBZ dealership said that Mercedes is moving towards the goal of making less AMGs and create an environment where people are begging to get the car rather than an environment where dealers are reducing prices to get business. True or not, that kind of turned me off to giving MBZ (or at least that dealership) my business again.

I think the consensus from thoughtful buyers is that dealerships are AMG's largest flaw. Who knows about the supply restriction thinking, but I definitely agree that M is a much friendlier and more informed group to work with. Enjoy the new vehicles!

Thanks...I also like the fact that service is covered. But I have yet to find an M car that is as angry as any of the AMGs I have had the pleasure of driving. If you ever make it out to Cali, hit me up for a beer and some cruising.

^ Porsche has always said they want to build one less car than the actual demand...pretty smart thinking.

Sounds good - I'll actually be in Huntington Beach this weekend for the girlfriend's friend's birthday. Hopefully I can make it to SoCal without every minute scheduled sometime soon.

Nice! It's Comicon right down the street from my house in San Diego so it's extra "interesting".
