Steering Vibration at 80+mph
I've just noticed this after spacer install. Mating surfaces were cleaned. Little bit of antiseize only on flanges. Bolts torqued to spec. No movement of spacers or wheels when tugging, pushing, or shake. They are spot on with install.
I'm thinking it is amplifying a previous issue. Front tires are original oem. Never balanced. 13k miles.
Thoughts? Of course I'll be getting them checked next week.

If wheels are balanced and installed with proper spacers, the problem could be with wheel hub bended or wheel hub playing too much.
I think that hub playing could be reduced by adjusting it, but I could be wrong.

Don't drive so fast lol
Seriously, remove the spacers & see if it's still does it & go from there.

^ This. Remove spacers and see if that fixes it. Are they hubcentric spacers? If not, that is your issue.
Otherwise, it will end up being due to the wheels becoming out of balance or slightly bent.
If it was a wheel hub issue you would've hit something hard enough to know and mess up other things in the process.

Yes.
I'm pretty sure it is a balance problem. Rotors and hubs should not be warped. Wheels are in perfect condition. Only my wife and I drive it and never hit a curb or any big/deep potholes. I'm always in the car if wife does drive(which is all the time lol).
Like I mentioned, never balanced fronts since ownership of 30 months/13k miles.
Thanks everyone for input. Should be getting them balanced this afternoon. Hoping it isnt a bearings/bushings or any suspension issue since it's still fairly new.

Update. It was like we suspected. Had to replace the tires. They were worn in the inside and had a small flat spot. The HR springs I installed at 12200 miles actually amplified the thumping to make it audible. I thought it was just the stiffness of the springs.
After installing the spacers at 12900 miles, it amplified it further to where the whole car and steering wheel vibrated at ~75mph+.
Just installed fresh new tires PSS 235/40/18. Never felt so good. Felt like I had two pillows as tires up front.
