Hey Chicago guys...looking for a good shop!
Looking to have Mike's power pipe installed as well as my H&R sport springs. I've had each of them sitting in the garage for quite some time and its time I put them to use. I'm having trouble finding shops that will cut out my 2nd cats to put in the straight pipes I bought from Mike. I'm from the Indianapolis area but there aren't many shops for Mercs around and I know Chicago has plenty...just need to be pointed in the right direction.

Are you able to get a hold of Marcin?
He installed my headers and exhaust and it is still tilted where the passenger side exhaust tips are rattling off the diffuser.
I've tried several times to call and email and have not heard back. Very disappointing that I now need to go elsewhere to get this issue fixed.

I'll have the clamps. The hard part is getting your time. You really have been MIA for a while now. I hope everything is alright and glad you didn't close shop. I'll call you.

Gave them a call and they referred me to the install guys they use. Have a call out to them...
Also spoke with Marcin over at speedriven and he said they may be able to fit me in the end of the week.
Thanks to everyone, it seems like I'll have it installed within the next few weeks...I sure am looking forward to it!

anyways I own a shop here in Indy and we specialize in the upscale Germans and have an unbeatable warranty and shop rate find my info in my profile for next time! Sorry for typos on my phone..

I know this is an old thread, but any updates on indy shop recommendations in the Chicago area? Also, for those of you lowered on H&R springs in the area, what are you guys paying or quoted for the install alone? I've called about 10 local shops, out of which 7 outright refused to work on lowering springs, and 3 quoted me $600-650 to do it. One shop offered to do the springs and an alignment for $620. With shops in Cali that I know will do the install for $200 on our C63's, all these seem ridiculously high. Anyone have any recommendations? I'd do it myself if I had more free time (and it may come to that), but thought I'd ask. Thanks in advance

I'm in the western burbs and use Euroquipe in St. Charles for regular maintenance things that I don't do myself. I've always found their staff knowledgeable and never once have they tried to upsell me anything.
