I am starting a new thread to follow here. The cooler months are finally approaching and I am sure some of us will be hitting the race tracks.
Eagle Canyon is one I want to go to as soon as all my interior pieces are back. Probably a couple weeks away on that. Really looking forward to this. ClarkKent has done this a few times.
This Thursday at http://www.northstar-dragway.com/ Denton is www.ricekiller.com "Thursday Throwdown" I am going for sure and may or may not race. Anyone want to join me? It's an 1/8th mile track. Looking forward to seeing that INSANE diesel Isuzu truck from Thailand. Anyone wants to meet just let me know.

Eagles Canyon has been a blast and I look forward to going back. I'll also be going to Motorsports Ranch for the first time coming up soon. I hear that track is quite nice. I know the other C63 owners in the area would enjoy this so I'll spread the word when I hear of upcoming open track days.
I would like to join you Thursday but I already have plans. I need LOTS more practice at the dragstrip. I went to North Star Dragway last November. Let's take advantage of October & November to get up there at least once.

The car club meet is tonight at QSL also. I am hoping you guys can all make it. The email I have for you is wrong I think Clark Kent. Several kicked back, I believe one was yours. Did you make Eagle Canyon last weekend? My interior was still out couldn't run. Most back in come see tonight if possible.

I will bring the DR's up there tomorrow evening to Northstar Dragway if anyone wants to join me. The fit is so tight not sure I want to drive to the track on them. Bluejae? JumpinJim, Fly2nite?

i'll be there tonight along with a friend of mine in a cayman...
and you're not kidding with the mercedes people showing up to meets... i'm usually the only merc... monday was one of the first times i think i saw 3 at a meet... lol
i've been to northstar dragway to race once and after having only been to 1/4 strips it's just soooooo short... i haven't decided if i'm going to go yet though...

For Denton...Northstar Dragway I am going for sure. I've done 1/8 before, short but fun and good practice also.
Undecided on racing or not, I want to. I am taking my wife and my youngest son (3). He is a car kid, loves racing. I may just hang with them and see how he does with all the noise.
See you guys tonight...Bluejae I have some badass karaoke tunes on my C63 music register if you want to listen to them LOL.

No respectable person goes to RKC meets now days. And track prep on the thursday night throw downs usually sucks because of the people who race on street tires/diesel trucks. that scrape off all the prep/traction
