Feeler....my '12 C63 coupe....4800miles
Thinking I will be selling my 2012 C63 coupe...I have a few more weeks left at sea and should be home approx. 1st week Nov. (give or take). Anyway, it was purchased new in Tucson AZ, 17 months ago. Iridium Silver, solid spoke wheels, has 4800 miles and is pretty much flawless in every way sans a few very minor lower front valance gravel chips. It has Eurocharged V4 tune and the "my genius" will go with it. Also has nice side window tint (forget the brand but is ceramic something or other...was not cheap) No other mods...it is not a P31 car and does not have limited slip. Sticker price was $69xxx. Trim is wood but currently covered in 3M 1080 CF vinyl. Xenons. Tires have plenty of life remaining. Car has never been "caned", tracked or abused in any way. Still under warranty. Just had it's "A" service a few months ago and the "B" service is pre-paid. Any questions... fire away. I will try to get a copy of the window sticker posted today to show the options on car. Have not determined a starting point for price...have a bit more research to do but will reply politely to any offers

I'm hunting for a coupe in Iridium or Palladium. Prefer P30 and LSD but willing to compromise if the price is right. What color is the interior? Still on the original tires?

What do you mean by "caned" ? Do you mean a "can tune", because by your linked thread you did tune the car.
I highly doubt that you (or the potential new buyer) has a warranty now that you have tuned the car. Dealers can see this regardless of what tuners will you.
All fair game things people should be aware of.
Offer? $44K due to lack of warranty.

Really the day you drove off the dealership floor with the car in your name if you went around the block and brought it back you would have lost 10K, as far as trade in. The car is now 2 years old with service A being a walk around the car with a coffee and cigarette in hand for 300 bucks. Take the car to the auction and play your cards, be prepared for 48K in hand when leaving unless you put a reserve on it. Not too many people pay MSRP when purchasing, show the actual bill of sale!

Never stated I paid msrp for it. If in fact I were anywhere near my home, I would indeed post up what I paid. As far as being prepared for $48k...I was not refering or alluding that I can go sell my car at auction, merely what the most recent auction prices were (as of Oct 10). Already know I can get $52k against a trade at a dealership without haggling....I am leaning towards private sale and private purchase of next car buy so I can save on sales tax. If I do not sell it within a week or so of returning home....it's off to the dealership.

Picture a new owner buying it, having a lifted ring and MB saying they are not going to cover it under warranty and he has to pay $18,000 out of pocket to fix it because the car was tuned.

Got $49k for mine when I sold it (not traded) to the MB dealership a couple weeks back (got a 2014 911S coming in a month ). I needed tires and an oil change, so I think I fared quite well. Granted I called around and had various offers ranging from $46-49k. My car was a 2011 with 11k miles and mint shape, also fully loaded and stickered at $82k. I would think your car should be in the high $40s to low $50s. GL

Thanks,....this douchebag troll is one of the reasons I was hesitant to post anything on this forum to begin with. I am in no way being deceitful in my posting. It is obvious this self appointed saviour of the masses is adored by many here on this forum. At any rate, I am posting no further in this thread. If anyone is interested please just drop a PM to me. Only one thing to add.....is there anyone here that has empirical, first hand evidence of a warranty being denied due to a eurocharged ecu tune (or a removed one at that)?
