Thanks oslzowa12 (Matt ) I got delivery of my carbon fibre 507 gear knob. It looks awesome. The "AMG AFFALTERBACH" look so good. I thought it would be a thin plate logo just like the one on my keys but it is a solid piece of logo. I took it out to have a look . As I have a leather/carbon fibre steering combination I did no use the alcantara boot that came with the knob.

Thank you khaloof, this is one of the better mods I have done. It looks so good and feels good too. However it is very difficult to photograph carbon fibre especially the roundish knob whether it attracts so much reflections

Thanks again Kaloof. I put a lot of effort to take these photos so that they look as good as in real life. I had deflectors, a large black cloth to get rid unwanted light. I shot handheld at 1/25 sec and iso 800 and without flash. Hence I had to anchor my hands on anything I can get.

If the logo was sold separately there would be no need in getting an OEM 507 knob.
You cannot buy it without the knob.
