What if you don't need the hand held?
Back in June I was in Kingston Ontario for a meet & Mike & Barry were there tuning cars so I decided to get mine done but after he pulled my file & sent to you, they told my ECU had to be pulled & opened up to tune which I didn't feel comfortable doing in a parking lot, so how much just to tune it & is Mike & Barry still doing them?

Can you please supply the before and after dyno numbers?
Was this on the handheld or did they crack the ECU open?
You tested on 93 Octane correct?

Eurocharged, what is the guaranteed HP increase on the P31 2012/2013's on 91 octane with the handheld?
Oh and please feel free to be conservative here, what is the number that if it does not increase by that number that you would issue a full refund.
I would really appreciate it if you can list this number.

93 octane, handheld unit. I'll have to dig up Dyno info. In addition to the hp increase, there is very noticeable throttle response!

Who said we were not standing by our numbers? You have two weeks to decide if you want to keep the tune or not.
Your gains will be dependent on the software version that you're currently running. Since we have NO IDEA what that version is, we can only tell you that you'll end up around 505-515HP. The 451HP and 481HP P31 cars will ALL END UP in this range after the tune.
You have asked these same questions via PM back in May of 2012 and I answered them for then.
If you have more questions, feel free to email or call me directly. I'll be happy to discuss this with in more detail.

So if someone would have the latest software they will get 515HP on 91 Pump Gas a 2012/2013 p31 car?
I asked because the gains I saw was -2hp and +3hp from stock.
So i just want to make sure under what conditions might get to that gain of 34HP on a my P31 on 91gas?
I shared the dyno results with you and you confirmed i had the latest version on.
So i am trying to figure out if I am missing something here?
The file loads and you could clearly see on the dyno graph that the fuel curves are different so the map took.
Yet I ended up averaging out at +1hp between the 3 runs.
And I still have not hear back on a resolution from you.
ps. the email i got from you stated:
"the file I created on 6/26/12 is the latest file we have"

I have NO IDEA who you are! We do not work on forum ID's or screen names.
We do not alter the fueling maps so something else must be going on.
I have seen new stock P31 cars put down 10 more HP on the dyno than a stock 2008 CLK63 Black Series (my old car) which is rated at 507HP. So, yes, some are making much more than 481HP.

Received MyGenius tuner today in the mail. Quickly opened up the package and installed the software and updated the tool and retrieved the original file from my C63. Sent the file to Eurocharged and within 35 minutes I had a V4 tune file sent to me, wow that was quick!!!
Took the C63 for a test drive and Im very impressed to say the least. Definitely a noticeable power difference even with my car being a P31, but the overall responsiveness now is truly amazing. Thanks again Jerry/Eurocharged!
