Big thanks to Mikegpr03 Great Exhaust!!
Just wanted to let forum members know that Mikegpr03, hooked me up with one of his exhaust systems (Staight Pipe), and I have to say that I am speechless the system is flawless, he also turned me on to the muffler shop in South Florida for the install. The shop was very careful and new what they were doing, checked for leaks and so forth... For those of us that walk the thin blue line, Mikegpr03, is a 10-8 Dude!, he even went out of his way on a rainy night and met me by my home so that I can check out his ride, and man what a ride, very clean, and classy look. I was able to hear his exhaust, and it took all of 2 seconds to make my decision, paid up and two days later had a smile on my face from ear to ear!! I am still in Shock and Awe mode, If any one out there is hesitant all I can say is get his pipes you wont regret it.

Mike is a stand up guy, offers excellent customer and a great product! You will love the sound with the pipe. I'd suggest removing the charcoal filters and dropping in some afe or k&n filters! I love the cold startup bark in the morning!

His pipes are made from the highest quality at a great price...as well he donates a portion of his proceeds. A stand up guy and a stand up product.

I read these threads and keep thinking to order one, but I just cannot make up mind as to Straight pipe or H pipe. All I want is to keep the AMG sound. Heck I have even exchanged a few emails with mike himself. Just can't decide which one.
Car is essentially stock and only the pipes will be changed.

What's the difference between Mike's power pipe vs going to a shop and welding a custom made straight pipe in place of the resonator? It's 70-80$ and it makes the c63 really really loud... without changing the sound note

Hi guys
Non taken
My power pipes are all Mandrel bent not many shops have this ability and are all stainless steel and include the Vband for those who need to swap out the mid section ( emissions ect )
The straight is not "straight ( it just does not have the H but still has an angle bend )
Here's a few pics
And this is not your ordinary shady tree muffler shop pipe bender
This will mandrel bend a true diameter bend so that you don't have to sacrifice flow and add additional welds
And guys part of the $ goes to a good cause
Good price ( no AMG price mark up )
Good service
And we pay it forward as well
Thanks everybody I am humbled by all the great people I have met

Also, if the stock resonator has a built in H section, then how does any H pipe differentiate it itself from the stock?
I am totally uneducated about the exhaust / resonator / et all.. and hence the question.

Well, here's another satisfied customer of Maykel! Just had my h-pipe installed this morning at his fabricator in Miami. Maykel gladly answered all my questions prior to me buying. Then when the deal was made, he set up an appointment for me at the muffler shop that makes the pipes, and they did the install. Quite a muffler shop in Miami. The machinery that they have, as well as what they are able to produce is impressive. At 8:30 in the am, the place already had a pretty good crowd of customers having things done. That says a lot to me as to the quality of their work. Within 15 minutes, they were working on my car. In another 45, I was driving home. No drone. Great sound. Great fitment. It sounds just like what Mercedes designed, just more of it. Mild at idle, barks when you get on it. If you are looking for a screaming loud exhaust, this might not be for you. If you want "more" of the sound your car already has, but not over the top, then this pipe is for you. It just sounds powerful. I couldn't be more pleased. Maykel is a stand up guy, and I'm 100% pleased with every aspect of this deal. BTW, this is a part time gig for him. Maykel is a full time Miami cop. He's a good guy for this community. Thanks dude! I'm very pleased!
