Head Bolt Affected VIN - 2010 & older, & early 2011s

Sure take the dealer at their word. Car is fine, practically brand new. Guaranteed never to break.
Some of you dense people deserve to have cars blow up on you if you can’t read.

Assuming a 2013 will not be affected but here is the VIN just in case. Thank you.

From the service bulletin it appears to be past the 60658 revision. However, the head bolts are still the inner torx head design.
Is this a concern?
Thanks!

Since we've believed that all 2010 and older, and some 2011s were in the affected range, I'm confused about how this one could be outside the range. I did a search to find out which digit in the VIN corresponds to the model year, but had no luck getting a clear answer.
Anyone have any thoughts on all of this?
