Thanks guys...after seeing pix and reading your replies makes so much sense now. They used a L type socket on mine and dremeled it to fit the hid kit and they glued it at the back of the fog light housing . I dont know wheres my oem sockets cause it was installed year 2008 ...hahaha... Im fcked

no luck 
they messed up they have a different one, so i guess we really need to buy the housing. i replaced my cracked foglight before and i cant remember if the housing came with it, im 70/30 it didn't!

Damn, I had high hopes too. Yeah, buying a new housing does come with the plastic plug on the back of the housing. I purchased one already.
