2014 C63 w/ Lighting Package - Head lamp washers?
Does anybody know if the 2014 C63s equipped with the lighting package have headlight washers? Mine has the knockouts in the front bumper, but I've tried everything I can imagine to activate the washers (engine running, hitting the spray button 10+ times, lights on & lights off, etc) but nothing ever happened. When manually re-retracting the flaps in the bumper cover there doesn't seem to be any mechanism behind that could be used to clean the headlights. There also don't seem to be any water hoses routed to the head lights in the engine compartment. But the options sheet when I ordered the car said "Headlamp washing system" on it.
It's not a big deal for me if indeed there are no head light washers installed, I just wanted to see if I'm the only one out there.

I have an 09 MY and i have the headlight washers.
I've checked it and when you push the flaps forward you can see the system behind with 2 plastic jets.
I think you have to keep the spray on more than 1s to acticate the washers.

Thanks. Yes I tried spraying longer as well, actually I went through an entire tank of washer fluid when trying to test this out But when I look behind the flaps all I can see is the aluminum crash bar - buried quite deep inside. There are no jets or no pipes that could come out. I'm thinking this could be a cost reduction on the 2014 models?

I covered this in another thread here: https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...-question.html
After speaking with a rep at MBUSA, he said many 2014 models do not have line item 600 (Headlamp Washing System) on the vehicle. This is something Daimler put in place globally per the rep. He even mentioned that S-Class vehicles do not have the system! Not sure what is going on here....Very odd!

Thanks Chris for the link-- I did search before posting but somehow I missed it initially.
Anyways good to know that I'm not alone. At the end of the day its's not a big deal for me anyways since my car is only driven when it's sunny and 60+ degrees outside haha
