I would say just run to advanceauto or pepboys (or something like that) and pick up some new pins that are similar. Far less of a headache.

or just go to the dealership. they probably cost a buck or two each, but at least you'll have the properly fitting piece.

yeah, which is why I suggested to just go to the dealership. yes, they will be overpriced, but it won't break the bank. plus the assurance of getting the right size is priceless.
