Need some help about wheels set

Hey guys, I dont know any thing about wheels. I want to get a new 19 set wheels, but i dont know if it will rub the fender. I want it looks flush, but for safe it doesnt need to be very aggressive.

Ps, I will use the OEM size tires, and will not lower the car.

Will it be ok if i go 8.5*19 with ET38 in the front
9.5*19 with ET 40 in the rear ?

Do i need spaces?

Or you guys can give me some suggestions?

I am a noob, LOL

The front will work & be flush.

The rear will stick out a bit, but since you are stretching a 255/30/19 & not lower the car, you should be fine. I dont think it will look good though, but doable.

Yzhou, you'll be fine with the tire sizes. There won't be any rubbing.
The tires will be slightly stretched (unless you are running Michelin PSS) so it might look weird without a drop.

Here is a pic for reference:
Lowered on H&R Springs
235/35/19 on 8,5x19 ET43 with 10mm spacer
255/30/19 on 9,5x19 ET43

Thank you for the pic. What do you mean it's weird? Too wide and too high? Where I can get the springs? R they expensive?...

Yes, too much of a wheel gap for such stretched tires. But I might be wrong, it's all up to your personal taste.
You can get springs for about $350 but the install and allignment will cost another few hundred.

What wheels are looking at?

I like HRE's but they are too expensive to me. I am looking on tirerrack, i am wondering where i can get the set under 3000$, may be BBS or OZ. I am not sure,

U can get a set of HRE FF101 for 3k$.. But yes, u can't go wrong with BBS or OZ racing.

For the rear, I would stick in the +45 & up offset. +50 would be ideal. So u can run meaty tires (265 or 275), so they would still look good at stock height.

As Matt said, skinny stretched tires will only accentuate the wheel gaps. Lowering would be a must, but at +40 offset is risky.

Thank you guys so much for the replies. But, i am still very confused, like i said i am a noob......

So i decide to Chose BBS CH-R, it looks fine and the price is ok to me.

front 19*8.5 ET40 with 235/35-19
rear 19*9.5 ET45 with 255/30-19

Can I run this set with lower the car by H&R springs and no problem?

And also looks good? and flush?

Yes, some members here run the same wheels.. Search for LAMB09, u will be fine with the drop & ur 255/30/19 will most likely save u from rubbing.

If the CH-R would come +50, u could easily do 265/30 in tires & still not rub.

Here u go:
https://mbworld.org/forums/c63-amg-w...tin-black.html

He actually said that 265/30/19 cleared his fenders with H&R springs.
