20" wheels - tire configurations
Hey guys.... are any of you running 285/25/20's in the rear on your lowered 63's? I'm trying to figure out if I can get by without rubbing... help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I doubt u can make it work with +51. U would need +55 to clear the fenders or roll the little bit of fenders at the worst case scenario.

If u look at the rear lip, there is not much material to roll.. Some will say is enough to make a difference, but in my opinion it's not worth the risk.
Rolling the rear fenders can cause paint cracking or chipping , and can separate the steel sheets where the welds are which might cause rust in the long run.
Also another option would be to shave few mm off the back plate of ur rear wheels to bring down the offset. But u should consult a professional to see how much material u got. It has been done on HRE wheels though.

I'm so jealous. I can't even get away with 275/30/19 on 19x9.5 +50mm & now I'm hoping to clear with my new set-up at 19x10 +50mm with the same 275/30/19 (which I know they will rub)

Yes I'm lowered, and my offset is +50mm which works perfe with 265/30/19 from my experience. But I can't get away with 275/30/19, it rubbed on the passenger rear over bumps.
