Where to find this CF hood!
Hi guys,

I have a friend who just did an accident with his 2012 C63 and he is looking for a similar carbon fiber hood. Especially the 3-4 vents. I found one vent, but he is looking for one that has many vents.

To each their own but that is not my cup of tea... he should go with the hood with 17 vents, looks the bomb.

thats a sick hood...where did you buy it? also is it pretty black? or really grey? seems some CF hoods look really grey and not so much black
I purchased mine from VIS Racing. The vendor at the top of this thread sells the same product I believe. Generally, it is more grey than it is black but it depends on how the light hits it. At last weekend's Cars & Coffee we had overcast skies so in the pic the hood looks dark. On a sunny day it is grey.

Here is a picture that shows how it changes color as you look at it from different angles.

I know but you can contact the seller and ask if they make one for the AMG . That's how I used to get all my custom hoods done

actually he should keep it stock , lowered with wheels only....like everyone else . I heard that looks the bomb

the OP asked a question for a friend and not for negative comments from a guy with his own "cup of tea"
