Oh really? So is it something that is easily reversible then? Does it involve cutting/welding the exhaust? I am worried about voiding my warranty if I mess around with it too much. I am in Calgary this weekend, do you think maybe I can hear it on Sunday or something or perhaps you'd be willing to help me out with doing it for my car if I decide to go ahead with it? I'd be happy to compensate you for your time. Let me know!

I watched the DIY and it actually doesn't seem very complicated at all and something I should be able to do myself. Do you really notice any difference than what it was like before?
I'd still like to hear your car in person if possible and compare it with mine when it's stock to truly know if there's any difference? It might be a good idea? Let me know when works with you. I leave on Sunday afternoon so preferably before that. Thanks!

I've notice the car is little louder and the popping sound is more noticible. I'm at work on Sunday but you can come to my work place and I can show you what it sounds like.

The video DIY look like the charcoal filter incurs some damage when being taken out. Seems like it would be difficult to slide it back in properly if you ever wanted to put them back in.

Did you get a CEL from that?
Also was the car cold when you were revving? This might be why it was popping more. When the engine is cold it dumps more fuel to help heat up the catalytic converters. Also if you did rev the engine cold. Dont lol.
