Stuff from Matt are called quality!

Btw, my voresteiener rear diffuser is not fit to my car, on the top left side has a 1/4 inch gap. I don't know what happened. Anyone has the same situation?

You did the installation of that diffuser?
Looks like a tab is not properly inserted. Difficult to say with that picture.

We tried several times in 5 hours. The buckle is inside actually. But it just like something is missing. The shape is not the same as the right side. The distance from the diffuser to the exhaust are all the same each side, every other place is good.

CF looks great

If it's an authentic Vorsteiner diffuser, it better fit perfect...

Diffusers some time takes a bit of playing around with to get to fit correctly.

But ouch $1700 bucks on a diffuser that doesn't fit like OEM is a waste. I would tell them to send you a new one. You should not have a gap like that. Or pay someone to install it for you properly.

That's what I am talking about, I have send them many pics. They said it could not see it when u step away. I mean, what kind of camera could shot it clear when u take a pics of the whole bumper to see a 1/4 inch gap. I am a driver not a photographer. And they said, u know the carbon fiber part will never be perfect. Oh yes, my 1700 gonna never be fit to bottom of my car. Feel sad.

This and that.
The vendor should take care of the diffuser if it is not fitting right and you went to a shop to get it installed. It would be absolutely shameful for a vendor on here to deny help after taking $1700 of your money!

+63 on that.
I think Velos has to stand behind the products they sell if it appears to be a defect from factory.

That's a bunch of BS, contact vorsteiner directly and let them know. Since your diffuser was installed by a professional, it should not look like that. My cheap 230 dollar diffuser fits nice and snug, there are no gaps like that.

BTW - if Velos is un-willing to assist, that's not cool.

If Velos is telling you this,

I don't think I can really reach to Vorsteiner, I could only reach with another dealer in CA.

They ask me to wait. And tell me the diffuser should come with glue to hold it. When people put it on, it will never take off.....that's a joke right?

Trims looks sweet.
You paid $1,700.00 (one thousand seven hundred dollars - just for clarification) for a friggen diffuser.....!!!!!?????
Holy Smokes, and the fitment is like that? My eBay $300.00 diffuser is showing better fitment! I mean fitment wasn't 'perfect' per say, but gap was not nearly that big and after playing around with it, I was able to get it even closer.
Problem is, Velos is nothing more than a middle man. How did you buy the diffuser? Please tell me Paypal or CC, either way dispute the sale if Velos is unwilling to work with you.
Best of luck.

Thanks guy for the kind words. I could do nothing right now, the dealer ask me to wait cause they did not get the response form vorsteiner yet. I am a example to remind people, take care of your money. I feel like I am stupid.

I paid that much cause I just want it be perfectly fit. My bodyshop also can't understand why I pay that much on a fiber glass. I may should try to get something form mode carbon.

I had a spoiler from vorsteiner. I know what the pkg looks like. But the diffuser is not packed original, at least someone has opened it and repacked it. Those bubbles on the plastic was wizened which surround and protect the diffuser.

for sure, it should fit perfectly, as my (cheaper) big fins diffuser does. give velos a second to hear back from vorsteiner on this.

Nice CF trim from Matt! But few questions:

- why u don't have seat control on ur door panel?
- i thought Matt was selling his red mirrors as a whole assembly?

And yes, my pre-facelift Vorsteiner diffuser also have a gap on the top part but I bought it used & no where near 1700$ lol .. Good luck with the resolution.. CF parts are a hit or miss no matter if they cost 100$ of 2000$+

On the 2012+ cars with the MB-Tex/DINAMICA interior, the seat controls are on the seat base (for the seat base height and for the backrest angle). There is a manual lever under the seat to control its position in relation to the steering wheel.

Dunno if that is what you were referring to or not but if so, hope that helps.

Power seats is an option. And didn't chose because I like the material on the middle of the seats, which if u chose the power seats it becomes full leather.

Have talked to Matt, that if he will sell the housing one day just let me know and I will take it. And then .. . I got the message from Matt.

It's truly a shame that you spend that much money and receive an inferior product. I would expect nothing but perfect quality and fitment for that price. Another one of my buddies bought a trunk spoiler from Vorsteiner a few years ago and after a short amount of time the clear-coat literally started coming off and you can feel the bare cf. You should contact the guys over at Mode Carbon. You will be very happy with their products. On the other hand.... I wanted those mirrors!!! If you ever decide to sell them please let me know!
