Can you post a quick video? I am only thinking of secondary cat delete and not the resonator. Interested in hearing what both deleted sound like.
Who knows maybe it affects the quality of the sound too? It's gonna cost me $300 all in I think which isn't too bad with stainless steel pipes.

That's super cheap, let's hear it.
Snowmuch, I am in Calgary this weekend. Maybe we can meet up and do up a side-by-side video of your exhaust and my stock exhaust.

Hey man, I'm in the same boat as you and I'm thinking about going for a secondary cat delete. I'm not a huge guy about mods but this is something that I think would definitely make the car sound better without making it obnoxiously loud. Where are you thinking of getting the exhaust done?

I have a guy here in town his name is James. Runs a nice little shop on the North side. Good guy and very reasonable, does all my other mods too. Give me a PM if you need his exact details to contact him and you can name drop me. He's brining in the stainless steel pipes for me.
B&b Muffler off 35 and belt line in Carrollton. I just yelped muffler shop it brought me to them as they have five star reviews. Don't let the external view of the shop deter you...
Just do it and enjoy...
80bucks though? what kind of pipes did they use at that price and how clean was the weld?
I think K&N's with a charcoal delete and a second delete should be required for any cool AMG owner.
However then I did a few more mods including a tune and then I also cut the resonator off and put an x-pipe put in. The car sounds so amazing! It sounds like a mean, nasty, deep and loud rumbling V8

i know it goes against this forum's mantra, but hundreds of dollars versus ~$50 for something that'll virtually achieve the same desirable result is not too difficult of a choice. yes, there's going to be a difference in quality of mandrel bent stainless steel pipes versus what b&b may have, but i would gamble that the likelyhood of something going awry utilizing the latter would be very slim. the best thing is that i've read so far is that this shop is honest and will true up to any mistakes, so i might just be pulling the trigger this weekend on that notion.
