Dyno Day - Vids inside :)
Had a chance to get a baseline on the car! Finally went out to the dyno to see what kind of power (if any) my bolt ons were making.

Granted there's not much real world info on some of these parts, I wanted to see for myself if they made some power.
Background stats:
2010 C63 - Non P31 / STOCK Tune
Eisenmann Race Exhaust + Secondary cat Delete
Renntech V1 Intake + AFE Pro Dry Filters
Dyno Dynamics Dyno
Both Runs made in 4th gear (wanted to do a 5th gear pull, but I was already near the speed limiter on the 4th gear runs.
HP - 419 RWHP
TQ - 395 LBFT TQ
Dyno Chart Attached
Figured about 18% drive train loss. Thats right around 500 HP at the crank and 466 LBFT TQ.
I figured the secondary cat delete made up for a great deal of the gains, but I'm convinced the Intake / Eisenmann setup make a few ponies as well.
Pretty happy with the run, was actually quite surprised.

From my experience, the Dyno Dynamics machines read on average 10-12% lower then the Dyno-Jet dyno's (which most would consider a standard in Dyno Machines here in N. America)
If thats the case, This car may actually be making more power then what I dyno'd at this past weekend. Im curious to get the car out to a Dynojet to see what it puts down on it.
Either way, after reaeding through some posts, it seems most members are putting down similar power, after they tune the car. I cant wait to see what it does after my Tune.

Lol your car almost ran away in the first vid. Were you inside or outside when it happens? My heart would have dropped if the guys didn't secure the car properly
As soon as i started to see it go sideways on the dyno i stepped forward to let him know.
They used 2 straps to hold it down initially but, it needed 4.
Out of curiosity, to those who may know. How can I access my diagnostics mode on the car? I noticed the tech put it in diagnostics mode in order to get an accurate reading on the car.

I have an eisenmann race exhaust, which deletes the resonator. I have also removed the secondary cats as well.
Note worthy is the car does not sound like this with the stock air boxes. I swapped my renntech intake out for the stock boxes and immediately noticed a less throatier exhaust tone.
Needless to say the renntech box is back on the car.
Looks like secondary car delete may be my next HP mod following a pulley.
