M4 Comparison
Low light pics so not the best but enjoy.
I'd say whoever gets most has the better car...
In all seriousness, there has been a lot of hate for the M4 on this forum. Not a surprise. It offers A B and C while the C63 offers X Y and Z. We are here for the xyz and m4 owners like the abc.

I am on board with most of the community though in saying that exhaust just doesn't do it for me. There are some videos out there though with aftermarket exhaust that seem tolerable.
I had the same thought. However, I do know some places that the customers/owners have really good relationships and this sort of thing goes. I would be SHOCKED if that guy drives customer cars home without their permission.

The sound really is a big turn off and to me a deal breaker, as stupid as it sounds (lol), but I think the exhaust note is a big part of the driving experience. (at the end of the day, I pick the car based on the experience rather than lap times or 0-60s etc)
really wish the next c63 comes with wide rear fenders and a true DCT. DCT seems like it isnt going to happen which is a shame.

The carbon ceramic brake(s) option for the F80/F82 provides a fixed 6/4 front/rear setup.
I've had the standard M3/M4 brakes on my previous F30 because the F30 M Performance Brakes utilize the exact same calipers as the M3/M4 (with respect to the standard brakes).
And let me tell you, as far as the calipers are concerned, the 4/2 setup is absolutely phenomenal. Great clamping power, awesome brake pedal feel. I can't imagine how good the CCBs are.
Unfortunately, it looks like the W205 is receiving 6-piston fixed front calipers and measly single-piston sliding calipers in the rear.

The new F80 weighs nearly 3,600 lbs and there are W204 C63s out there that weighed in at 3,820 lbs.
The W205 C-Class is supposed to be at least 220+ lbs lighter than the W204. I think the more powerful, lighter W205 C63 is going to be quite the pleasant surprise.
It's funny because I was going to go see my friend at Beverly Hills BMW to check out the new M4. Don't have to make that trip anymore.
It is a nice car and there is a lot of things to like about it but yeah, that sound... ugh.
I will report back with pictures and an opinion once he gets everything installed. Maybe I'll grab some video as well. The interesting thing is he should make a substantial bump in HP with those upgrades as turbo cars make big gains with remapping. My 335 made something like 85 HP with the Vishnu tune.
