Why do those look like K&N filters with no oil on them? Does K&N make them for weistec without oil?

^^ K+n filters are a redish colour these look white to me

K&N are white, the red is caused by the color of the oil. You will see this when you clean a K&N filter with the K&N cleaning kit, they end up looking exactly like this before you re-oil them.

All dry filters look the same I guess.
AFE pro dry look exactly the same as well.

I would be very surprised if K&N didn't manufacture these for all of these other guys and stamp their names on them.

Doubt it. K&N doesn't believe in dry filters :-). Probably AFE or BMC

what gains does this have over the stock air filters? or the stock filters with a charcoal delete?
