Our new c63 gone in only a week of ownership.
Yeah this is not a happy thread at all. about 2 weeks ago my wife and I moved to Miami florida due to a PCS (perment change of dutystation) with the military. after getting settled in I figured I surprise my wife by upgrading her 2009 c350 artic white on black benz with a 2009 c63 artic white benz.

this is where the love story ends, after only have the car for a week I was hit after picking up food 2 mins from the house.
A gentlemen in a white astro van tried making a U-turn around a car that was already doing so and instead of stopping when he saw my car coming down the road he punched the gas.
I went yesterday to get my things from the car was I was taken to the er for my arm and back after the wreck and could not get my things.
Currently, Ive just hired a lawyer to pursue PI and the insurance is looking to total the car out. I now have to try to find another full options white c63 for the wife.

Yes, they did cite the other guy with two tickets. We are looking for another wit all our options we had depending on the settlement we will get a 2012 or at least and 2011. Wife loved the car something about that throttle blip at start up is just sexually dirty lol...

However, don't look at the market right now because I am also looking for a 2012+ in white hahaha. I sold my 09 that was black so looking to switch it up.

Funny thing I've never looked in to any issues with the c63 2011- models as I never had any at all with my 09 c350 out of the 4 years I had it. I guess I will need to search through some threads to see what those issues are. The C63 is hers, I just enjoy my E46 M3 as a DD and a twin turbo z32 as my toy.

That's so bogus. I'd probably assault someone if they crashed my car, unless of course I was too injured in the accident. Even then I might just crawl towards them, bloody and bruised, and take a swing. I can't believe it's another moron driver who ruins a perfectly great C63. That SUX.

I was in Miami FL for buiness for 6 weeks earlier this year. I noticed the drivers over there are generally impatient; honking horns milli-seconds as soon as the light turns green. I fully completely bad for you... really sucks big time. Although very glad you weren't hurt.

Glad to hear you are ok man. Such a shame. For all the time I spent researching and planning my purchase, I would be heartbroken if my AMG was taken away because of some idiot's oblivious driving. I hope the perfect C63 pops up for sale and that your insurance covers the full amount so you can forget what happened and move on with a new sweet ride. Thank you sir, Problem with those white ones were they all had white/tan interior which is a no go, but I've seen a few in the area, as well as a white one in tampa, we are keeping our options open.

Just got an email that the insurance is totaling it out. they are putting the value at 38,350 for our 09 with 70k on the dash. Only problem is now finding anoter with out buying brand new in our area.

Just got to be patient, hard to say that when you want the car soon. I just bought a '11 palladium silver, P31 well optioned with 50k miles. It was out of state, I live in california and the car was in georgia. I've lived in Tampa for many years and you should be able to find a few. Autotrader has a couple of other ones in black exterior out of Miami but i'm weary of any used car dealership in miami. typically, they buy out the ones coming out of leases. GL with the hunt.
