i got my tune yesterday morning and put the 93 octane tune in my car. car runs slower than stock and wont even spin the tires with traction control off. Tried calling and left 2 messages with no response and even emailed the sales department with no response. Anyone have this problem or no how to reach these guys?
I just spoke to Jeremy a few days ago, you are probably going to have a hard time getting ahold of him right now, I could be wrong but I do believe he left for Australia.
Def not a scam though.

I am sure they will get back to you. You may just have some folks ahead of you is all.
Can you map it back to oem until they respond to you?

I have no clue how OE operates. Im just telling you what I know lol. In fact he may not have even left yet, I just knew it was on the radar and thought that may have been the reason.

No, no problems breaking lose at all! It is def a big difference over stock, you wont question it once it is installed properly.

Also, he gave you more than one tune, I wonder if you accidentally loaded the Valet tune, sure sounds like it to me.

I'm wondering if the tune got loaded properly to begin with. Were there at least three times where you had to turn the key off and then back on? I have to tell you, I was more than concerned when I loaded my OE tune, but after I got it loaded the car had all kinds of power. You will not be disappointed with the OE tune, a number of people here say it's the best tune out there, bar none and I certainly like my OE tune. Hang in there.

Jeremy, is a class act. You are in good hands. The symptoms your describing could be from bad gas and since the tune is optimized to run 93 only, it will pull timing to prevent knock/detonation. Don't forget about heatsoak and the facelift c63 have huge problems when heat gets the best of them.

I'm glad Jeremy is taking care of you. He's a class act. However, you probably should have not jumped the gun and used the title that you did for this thread. If I were you, I'd contact the Mod and have them change the title, it's just wrong in so many ways.

This. I get that you've changed your tone and are good with OE but other people browsing around may not read so well and get the wrong impression.

Besides spinning isn't winning.
