Now I know this thing needs a drop like none other, but here she is in her current state. I have the springs sitting in my garage, just gotta find time to get them on.
I also have another Single Fin Grill coming in OEM chrome/blk, still on the fence with the gloss blk grill at this time, let me know your thoughts on it.
I should prob mention I am in no way shape or form a photographer!
Onto the pics:

Thank you. My #1 goal first and foremost is "clean", so I really appreciate that compliment.

Small nit: get a black or no license plate frame lol
The black grill looks terrible
You might want to think about getting rid of it
I like the substation background
Thanks!
Ha no motive on the grill comment eh? It's yours if you want it as I mentioned.
My new one should be here in a week or so if I had to guess.
Thanks, something a bit different for a backdrop I guess.
OP, are you getting the chrome black grille from 55Tech? I have that and the chrome appears to be a vinyl or decal and at some points it looks like it is lifting. If I were to do it again, I would have gone all gloss black from a quality point of view. Other brands might be better.

F-ME!
Will have to check it out when it gets here.
To be honest the more I think about it and stuff I think I am going to stick with the grille I have. I love the single fin and I think the black just hides way too much at that spot of the car, if I can put it that way. With a slight chrome accent in the front it almost makes the front end pop a bit more than what the gloss black does I feel. If I had black rims it may be a different case, I do like the gloss black grille as to what it is on it's own but as far as making the front end of the car pop more or stand out more, I think the other does a better job. My goal isn't to make a subtle looking car, it is to have a 'look at me' attention ***** of a car. lol
That car is coming along nicely
But yeah you are not a great photographer!lol! Me neither but boy that "electrical" background is awful
Thank you.
HAHA, I like the background tbh, but I can see where some may not. Again, no photography skills whatsoever here.
I am just surprised this comment wasn't coming from Ros.......

HA! I as mentioned above, I am surprised I didn't have my *** handed to me by you for the terrible pics. LOL
At any rate, I agree, she needs a bit of a drop, it isn't terrible as the C63 sits nicely already, but just a little something...

Does your grill seem cheap, does the chrome look like a pin stripe or anything unusual?
Man I hope my new one is really nice. I get disappointed and will obsess when things don't turn out the way I like - lil finiky...
I really don't want to have to get another one from another vendor.
hahaha Matt was kind enough to entertain my curiosity. Not a mod that is worth sending that kind of cash down the road to me. My mirrors reflect what is behind me perfectly fine and I don't mind them from an aesthetics stand point.
Thanks again Matt.
Thanks Bro!

I am bailing on the blacked out grill and emblems idea. I have a Single Fin chrome/blk grill coming shortly. I will be leaving the badges as oem. The other ones that I dipped are up for grabs if anyone wants them.
I can leave them dipped or strip them to new. PM me if interested. I will sell them cheap as the Star is OEM, but the rest are aftermarket and there are some minimal differences, that actually can not really be detected now that they are dipped.
Yes. A little drop. Wheels. But i know i remember you writing in another post, your quite happy with these wheels. They do look nice. Have you thought of maybe going to the 18" facelift rims? (if you wanted to keep 18's)

I quite like the all black gloss grille.
Love it overall!
Thank you very much.
Well tbh I am an enormous wheel *****! I know once I start down the road, I wont be able to stop. It is an addiction totally separate from modding in general. I cant explain it.... So if I convince myself that the only wheels I like aer the oem, I should be good...
For now! LOL

HAHAHA Yeah, unfortunately I really wanted to go all black, and headed in that direction, but I am back peddling now as the black grill just couldn't settle in with me. I do think the Matte Blk would have looked great as it would have matched my cf lip better. In person that grill is 10 times darker and glossier than my cf, hard to capture in pics.
I feel confident that my latest ideas best suit my taste.
OEM badges - blacked out window trim - single fin grill (OEM color scheme).
LOL yeah the mirrors are nice, and would be a great addition, but I am content with my oems. lmao
My next thread should include pics of a CF wrapped interior! I know some are totally against wrapping it and love the "real deal", but I personally love the texture provided from the wrap. I like a dry cf look better than gel coated. Plus at the end of the day, I am a cheap sob!
