C63 newbie non-CPO checklist?
I'm about to buy a 2011 C63 without head bolt problems with under 25k. It's a non-CPO so I want to bring it to a MB dealership in Atlanta to get it checked over. What would you guys recommend. Oil change? (Favorite brand?) ailment? Change brake pads? I might get calipers painted red since it's not a P31.
Ny exterior mods for a black C63 recommendations?
Glad to be joining the community for coming from the 350z family.
Let me know what you think!

You already know you may be in the affected headbolt range. Don't sweat it too much.
Have your MB dealer look over the car and make recommendations on what needs to be replaced / serviced etc.
In terms of mods, focus on getting the right car first. You can always do mods later on.

Joe checked it here before I bought. The engine was unaffected. Really just looking to see what might be best exterior pieces. I like the stick look with some added features. I was bummed I couldn't find a P31 for the styling. The performance is enough for me with the base.

iirc you can get a MBELW for around $3000 3yr/75k. unless you have great experience with the car check one. run a search on it here, you can get it from any dealership and there is a dealership written about on the forums that sells it for pretty "cheap".

not entirely sure if 6k is worth it or not given i could just pay out of pocket for repairs and come near that

I think it all depends on the actual mileage. I paid mine $6k for 3y/40k miles and my car was at 62k miles 2 years ago.
OP just get the car checked by MB and let them recommend. Don't necessarily believe all they will put on the check list. Select items that are necessary. You can post here what they say and we can help you decide. GL

Congrats on the purchase. I've owned 350Z in the past two and there's a night and day difference between the two. I am sure you will enjoy it.
