Glad to see there is a place within reasonable driving distance to get a tune.
Do you happen to have a pic of the car you could post? I looked at a c63 back in March in Atl that had some cosmetic issues as well, but I was able to find the original owner and talk to him and he steered me AWAY from the car

Has paint missing on passenger side mirror and residue on dash? If so I drove and looked at the same one at Jim Ellis Audi.. 1st time I looked drove it was COVERED in U of Alabama stickers inside and out, Ellis messed up paint removing stickers ....price was HIGH for mileage and comdition at that time

I don't remember residue on the dash but it has paint chips on the rear bumper cover, bad scratch on the pass side 1/4 panel and bad curb rash on at least one wheel.

And needs tires. What was the price when you drove it? When i drove it was 33,9. I offered 26k a few weeks ago and they would not take it. They lowered the price down to 29,9 yesterday. Still not sure it is worth it but i considered taking my mustang over there Saturday and seeing how much they wanted to deal

But yeah, looking at the carfax it's home was in Tuscaloosa for the last few years, so I bet its the same one

Ok lol.
My tune came out identical to yours. I will go back and dyno stock and upgraded tune after a few hundred miles.
I will say its a big difference in the tranny and pulls harder up in the rpm's.
Tony walked me through the flashing and unflashing process which was very helpfull. Glad i decided to get this done locally instead of emailing back and forth in the beginning for sure.

Just want to break in in and get some time on all before i dyno stock and tuned up.

Personally i have had some bad experiances trying to buy a car from jim ellis and will never go back to them.

Reason #1 and enough,
Took a new suv for my wife out for a test drive with them one evening and when we came back to dealership the passenger and rear door looked like someone had had a fight with a fire hydrant and the suv lost.
The salesman never told us about it and when we called him out on it he said "Oh don't worry our bodyshop will fix it" hell it was a brand new suv and being he did not disclose it and would not have unless we saw it we just told him that there is no trust or honesty on your part so GOODBYE.

We should organize an ATL meet. Every other city does it and I'd love to see some of the work people around here have done.

'05 SL 55 Black/Black w/mods from Eurocharged/Kleemann/BuckheadImports
great shop, I've had my SL 55 fixed their several times, its there now actually

Great shop, my SL 55 is there right now actually....cracked windshield got replaced, now gotta do some other stuff...they've already done my looped fuel rails, fixed the attachment for the Eurocharged 82 mm Throttle Body, fixed and upgraded the pulley's including the main crankshaft pulley, both that and the smaller pulley are all ASP pulley's now....expensive but worth it...and they fixed my Shardul Belt Wrap Kit which was constantly shredding my Gates belts like every week....I must have gone through like 100 belts on that car before finally just doing what I should have done in the first place which is just go to Buckhead Imports and talk to Jason the owner....I think after it gets out of there this time it will be even better...with these AMG's it seems like there's always something to either repair or replace....great guys....

Wow, i feel like that's just horrible luck. I have had 0 problems with my AMG besides a few cabin rattles that the dealership fixed no problem.

There's a big black guy (not racist just the best description i can make of him....) that has a black CLS63 that I see there all the time. His ride is super clean and the dude is super friendly. Wish I knew how to contact him so he could join the meet up, which we need to set up. I was thinking something like that Cars & Coffee they do on sundays. I feel like we can do that. Or we could organize to just all meet at one of the existing car meet ups (there's a general meet up in Roswell/Marietta at the Avenues every sunday between like 8-12 that I've been to a few times).

I mean if they baselined on that dyno at 312rwhp that is LOW as hell....but then if they got 481rwhp on the SAME dyno that is HIGH as hell....something is not right about that and the correction factor SHOULD have made the baseline much higher

Was just reading this tread. That is actually my car and the numbers are correct. The article failed to mention that I have a header back system
I actually Dyno'd 319 on a second Mustang Dyno before the 312. After the work I went back to that same original Mustang Dyno and put down 480.

Headers makes the 481 seem about right.....let me ask this though, why was the stock baseline rwhp #so low?
