A lot of individuals do not realize people buy with their eyes first.
Clean, well taken care of used parts will more then likely pull a good 20% more on the dollar than filthy parts that look abused.
Image is everything, could be the difference of a sale or not.

I know this is a silly question but do changing the shocks on the C63 do anything besides lowering? I kinda figured the AMG suspension, being that it was redesigned from the standard C-class, was pretty well made.

Yes, the KW V3's improve the handling over OE suspension parts. They reduce roll, and absorb & recover from bumps, dips, and undulations better.

I assume it would make driving on Dallas roads less jarring then? This p30 suspension is like a bumpy roller coaster sometimes

Ugh new wheels or suspension such a delima

Yes, with these everything is adjustable, so you can set them up to be very comfortable, yet still give a performance ride (for lack of a better term). They handle bumps and potholes so much better than stock suspension.

Streets like Haskell or Fitzhugh will be harse(r). The undulations of the Las Colinas roads will be absorbed better. The banked curves of FM 455 will flow like Texas Motor Speedway.

The KW's do their best work as speeds increase. Crappy roads at slow speeds will be more jarring than OE. But most everything else will be improved.

I wouldnt say the kw's necessarily ride better. They can ride better if you want them to, or ride worse. Thats the point of an adjustable true coilover. You can personalize the ride height and dampening. Rebound and Compression separately. They are badass, I cant believe these arent sold yet. Whats wrong with you people. If someone in dfw buys these and needs them installed I can do it for a reasonable fee.

How do you adjust the height setting? I was looking at accuair and airtekk to lower my car but they're a bit pricey!

You adjust the collar that is on the shock with a tool that also comes with the suspension. You can lower or raise it within a certain parameter. It won't be as low as airbags though, coils aren't designed to be that low.

Is this something you can do easily or does it require some suspension knowledge? I would like to have it on the lowest setting but be able to raise it for my driveway!

You can change it, but like all lowering and raising it effects your wheel alignment and its a pain in the ***, you need to get out a jack, lift the car, adjust etc. I used to change the heights on it, and I have on all my cars, but after a while its just a pain. I mean it takes about 45min to do unless you have a lift.

It is not something you do on the fly.
