There are a few mountain backroads around me that are great
Some dips and humps in series
Car gets compressed in the dip and releases at the peak of the hump
Propels the car!
Really fun if taken at the right (moderate) speed 50-60 mph +/-
Haven't got air in the RS or AMG,,,,yet
Did in the M3's, could hear the tires chirp when they made contact

A surprise dip/hump can get your attention because the car momentarily jumps into the air or bottoms out and hits the stoppers.
If it bottoms out it will make a loud bang, and in that case you'd want to have the car checked out just to ensure no damage. Car will not be damaged from a jump itself, only by part of the car (besides the tires) hitting the road - so if there was no contact with the road - you couldn't kill it if you tried.
As said earlier, if the car drives fine it is a good sign you didn't hit anything that caused damage but you'll feel better to have someone look under the car anyway.
