Facelift Door Mirrors

My car is 08 pre-facelift C63 and can anyone tell if I replace the door mirrors to facelift one (arrow LED), will it be any code throw out or any light on the dash? Or does it require coding?

Thank you

Nope, no coding issues. The foam padding underneath will need to be taken out because post FL mirror assembly don't fit but other than that, no other issue.

Now if you want folding, then you'll need to reflash to 2010+ firmware (as well as a folding enabled door control panel.

I think there's a DIY somewhere here that show you step by step installation.

that would have made life easier. i think mine were euro spec? the mirrors were both like the passenger side where things are closer than they appear with the outer half being like a wide view mirror? oh no the person I bought them from cut the connector off for some reason. that's why it was such a PITA. sorry for the misleading info it was a long time ago.

They should be plug and play assuming you have facelift mirrors that are power folding and autodimming.

Nope, you'd be gtg. Even if the mirrors aren't auto folding or auto dimming, it should still be plug and play, though obviously you won't have those functions.
