if you just want it cut out and replaced with a straight pipe, a couple of us have used Pronto Muffler on 75/plano parkway (i think thats the exit).
They did my resonator delete and it was cheap and a great job.

qjumpr, I'd be interested in hearing your car with the res delete. What part of dallas are you in? I'm heading out tomorrow for work and won't be back until Friday, but the week after I should be local.

I went to the same place in Plano. I think it's closer to 18th St. I did only the resonator delete and they wouldn't touch my cats either.Great mod for such a low price. I recommend that you do it.

I agree, with the V5 just being more so, enhanced so to speak. Louder and under more circumstances. I never worked mine to see if I could really notice a difference. With the LTH and EC4 I am getting a lot more exhaust action/reaction anyway. Try some downshifts in S or M from 4500 and see what you get. Downshifts under hard breaking should also create some great exhaust notes. See if they are louder, more spontaneous and longer lasting. I think they just exaggerated the shot of fuel during the downshift to create the rev match and sending unburnt fuel to ignite in the exhaust and cause those wonderful sounds we hear.

I literally just asked Jerry about this today since I can't tell a difference. He said the factory already had it but they just exaggerated it a little. But that it's more noticeable with headers and other exhaust mods.
Either way, in Sport and downshifting manually with the paddles sounds awesome.

You could try prt performance. They are locate in downtown lewisville. They have one of the only mandrel pipe benders in dfw area. Good work very reasonably priced. Also has a mustang dyno if you want to know what your car really makes.
