Its the not heard from them that concerning, they were fine answering emails up until they got the order. Hopefully we wont need to wait weeks on the map file being emailed once we are in possession of the handhelds..

we had 3x the amount of customers that purchased then expected. We are getting them out as soon as they come in, in the order they were received!

i have nothing but praise for the eurocharged team in regards to customer service. i've been helped by philip through this whole process and he answered a trillion questions before i pulled the trigger. a bit of patience on behalf of both parties goes a long way!

I charged purchase on 11/28/2014.
Received handheld 2 days before the three weeks I was told to expect.
Right now waiting till after Christmas to load V5 program to my C63.
Patience, from what I have read it's worth the wait.

I received mine on the 18th. I emailed them that afternoon for the activation code for the handheld unit. I received a reply stating that a support ticket had been created. That was the last I heard. I went to their support ticket after a few days and asked if there was some reason I wasn't getting the activation code. I still haven't heard anything. I know it was xmas so I won't count the last couple of days but I still expected to get the code in the 3 working days prior to xmas eve. I tried calling today but I guess they are closed until monday. Anyone else having this type of issue? Most posts talk about their great customer service so maybe it is just a glitch with their new support ticket system.

Mine came via DHL ln 19th. As i mentioned above i hadn't heard despite emailing (just wanted the map to come!) but had no shipping email advice from EC (Im in the UK) It came around 2pm 'our time' and i first requested the authorisation code around 3pm, i had the full install complete by 6:45pm - taking into account the time difference i feel that was pretty good tbh. I've since emailed with a couple of general queries on 22/12 and had prompt replies. I emailed for my auth.code to sales(at)EC,etc and got a response from Jerry via email not a support ticket.
Theres another thread running which i detailed the install whilst it was fresh in my mind - hope thats of use to you all!

i got mine already but they aren't answering my emails/ticket lol. I got it over a week ago but they haven't replied to my ticket regarding my handheld needing a map. so waiting wont kill ya ;P

Give the guys at Eurocharged a break - everyone needs some time off.
Some things simply can't be handled away from the office. That said, Jerry responded to my request for a V5 upgrade whilst away from the office and got it sorted. For my part I have been very happy with the effort that they put into customer service on any occasion I have contacted them.

They aren't joking, when I was updating mine to a tune for 91 after moving fom the east coast, they had the new files to me in less than 30 minutes.
Now if only I could get long tubes for around $1500...lol

2013 P31 4 door family car.
Couldn't be happier with their service always fast with response to my emails. I emailed them my file once they didn't get it for whatever reason, emailed two days later just to check he said they didn't get it, so I resent it the next day had my tuned file back. Great experience!
