Its the not heard from them that concerning, they were fine answering emails up until they got the order. Hopefully we wont need to wait weeks on the map file being emailed once we are in possession of the handhelds..
we had 3x the amount of customers that purchased then expected. We are getting them out as soon as they come in, in the order they were received!

I bought it with the intention of going to a drag race on December 20 ... but, with these delivery times, it could be for an event in the spring

Received handheld 2 days before the three weeks I was told to expect.
Right now waiting till after Christmas to load V5 program to my C63.
Patience, from what I have read it's worth the wait.
Theres another thread running which i detailed the install whilst it was fresh in my mind - hope thats of use to you all!

Some things simply can't be handled away from the office. That said, Jerry responded to my request for a V5 upgrade whilst away from the office and got it sorted. For my part I have been very happy with the effort that they put into customer service on any occasion I have contacted them.
They aren't joking, when I was updating mine to a tune for 91 after moving fom the east coast, they had the new files to me in less than 30 minutes.
Now if only I could get long tubes for around $1500...lol

I'm the same as you, I'm also in Europe so your not the only one.
Now ive received my Parts from EC except the 55 headers which are run out of stock by the producer.
But EC told me they will be shipped out as soon as possible and the shipping charge for the second Package will be assumed .
