Help: Squealing C63... long after shutdown w/ Video
So I went out to my car to get something, hours after last driving it, and it's making an odd squeal... constantly! It happens about every 30 seconds or so and I am dumbfounded.
Noise is once right at the beginning and again at about 28 seconds...
Any ideas? Video attached!

AFAIK a lot of the cars make it, although some are higher-pitched than others and almost out of hearing range. From what I've been told, it's a normal noise created by some of the electronic "housekeeping" systems in the car that stay alive after you shut it off. Yours just happens to be lower-pitched and thus more audible.

Either coolant system depressurizing (air being drawn in the coolant expansion tank as the coolant level drops), or alterantively the heater & A/C fan motor turning on at low speeds to dry out the A/C evaporator so you don't get mold build-up due to residual mositure in the system and the resulting musty cabin smell.
