C63 vin check
Hello, I'm looking into purchasing a 2009 C63. I've been reading there was some problems with the head bolts. I'm wondering if anyone has access to Mercedes service records to see if the head bolts might have been changed already. I checked the carfax but it's limited and maybe there some more records. Well hopefully something's been done...Thanks.

The car is affected by the issue, but there's no known way to determine if it's had them replaced without going through a Dealer to look up the record. Highly unlikely they've been replaced.

Ok. It has around 60,000 miles. One of the records show a oil pan replacement and valve cover gasket replacement as well. I guess it's a matter of time before one breaks...
