Best/most popular Colour Combo?

Best is going to be VERY subjective.
Personally I think my color combo of Sapphire Grey/Black and White interior is the best. I've gotten so many compliments on the uniqueness of the exterior (grey sometimes, blue sometimes, depends on the light) and the bad-*** looks of the two-tone interior (which I always keep super clean so that white is reallllly white) coupled with a full carbon fiber interior.
Most common is probably White exterior.

Nothing is more beautiful than a freshly cleaned black C63. And no look is as rare and fleeting as a clean black car. Black only works if you have a company lacky to wash it every day. Otherwise is looks like it is perpetually in need of a bath. My new favorite is silver - it always looks good and needs a bath less than once a month.

Where I work I think I've only ever had one not Obsidian Metallic C63 (maybe 30-40 cars). It was my buddies, Paladium silver.
I've seen Obsidian on black/red/white leather though.

I've had my share of black cars and really do like that look on the day it is cleaned/washed. Any time between then and the next wash was always a struggle because I live 1.5 miles off the hard road.
Garage kept meant nothing. On the best sunny day it still looked bad after leaving home. Eventually sold all my black cars and motorcycles.
If you can keep it clean and shinny black does look good.
As such, to me a sport Mercedes needs to be silver/black.

Mercedes-Benz almost always offers outstanding exterior/interior color choices. It really is hard to go wrong.
While it is a bit on the conservative side, I truly love Iridium Silver. Iridium w/ black interior is hard to beat but Iridium w/ black and red two-tone interior is absolutely gorgeous.
I opted for Iridium Silver w/ black interior (including DINAMICA seating inserts):
Iridium shows the car's aggressive lines well. It is also very easy to keep looking clean.
Palladium Silver is also very sharp.

There are many beautiful colors out there... I used to have a black car, and the looks are amazing if you keep them clean. But something as simple as closing the door would put finger marks on the door. Driving 100 meters and it's dirty again.
White looks really classy with the 19s, I love it. It's a little less maintenance as well. Some cars look amazing in silver too, very business-looking
On the interior though, dual tone Red and black, no questions. This is by far the best looking combo !!

As everyone said that dual tone red and black interior is great
Exterior colors vary by taste, I think white is really sharp and clean on these cars but silver is really good as well...black is sleek but seems way more common

I have to say, never liked white cars and I know it wasn't on you radar but they are worth a look and so gorgeous. My second of 2 c63's and I love them having never had or liked white. The complete black-and-white Stormtrooper is eye-catching and begs a lot of looks and conversations. Take a second look with mine in-mind and realize there are some with red, black and red interior options. Take a look:

I must say... There's nothing quite like a white exterior with a black pano roof and black wheels accompanied by red calipers. The look is mesmerizing....

Love the white on black w/black wheels, but SOOO FRIGGIN COMMON these days. Everyone and their mother has one...plus does anyone by an M3 in any color other than white?
Having said that...Imma go with Palladium Silver with P31...the red brakes really set the car off! (no that i am biased at all...)
