As u can see the parts don't come in carbon fiber as that was an optional pkg in the BS. I'm going to have the front valance/splitter, rocker strips and diffuser painted gloss black. I may eventually add a small CF lip splitter if I feel it needs it. DadsC63 did the same thing with those parts painting them gloss black and I think that makes the most sense. It looked great on his car as well. I'll keep my stock mirrors and no BS emblems. More pics soon as progress continues. They are working on the inner fenders and rear door jambs now.

I have been holding my breath since the last post. My car should be done any day from the body shop and will be sent back to the original shop for a final tune. I got Xpel and ceramic coating done on the whole paint.

What ceramic coating are you going with? I had good luck with Feynlab's product. Plus it's warranted for however long of an application you select (I think they have 2 to 7 year available. Another bonus if if you move or whatever, any detailer that is Feynlab certified can you your warranty work. They match your VIN to the kit they use so it's in their system.

I know it's a super killer wait but the product should be definitely something. Hard to say it's worth the wait but can't change that all I can do is wait a little longer and I'll be in the driver seat again. I'm not sure on the specific brand of the ceramic coat but I'll try to get that.

Just for perspective. I ordered the widebody OEM parts literary one year ago in 2 weeks. It took four months for the parts to arrive to the shop. They couldn't start working until all the parts were there. The shop put their best body guy on the job and he had some personal issues so that caused some further delays. In the end I was just happy to have good people working on my vehicle throughout. Just tons of setbacks and delays. But that's the name of the game.

It's almost done, just some fine tuning. And some detail work with a few parts. Its been on the street and on the dyno but only on low boost.

This isn't the stance. It had blocks in place following delivery from the body shop. Paint turned out amazing as did all the OEM body panels.

Hello Redragan
I was at Fluid Motor Union last week picking my car up and noticed your ride back in the shop. Understand you have more upgrades coming. I'd be interested to hear how the car has been performing and what you're planning next.
thanks,
