You are absolutely right trueblue, they are identical. No justification, but I feel sorry for you because you are so stupid to go spend your money on a C450 when you can get the IDENTICAL C300.

Since they are so close, how does MB justify the starting price gap of $12,000 between the C300 and the C450? Clearly you are not a moron because you are here to help us stupider folk in saving our money and getting C450s, so I know that you will go get the C300 because that saves you even more money and its identical to the C450.

I'm trying to give you the benefit of the doubt but members have listed all the differences numerous times in this thread and in the "C450 AMG" thread that you started. Now we're just beating a dead horse and the thread is not progressing in a constructive direction.
