You should be able to get around the mid $30's or so. I bought my 2011 with 62,000 kms for $43k cdn

Id say sell the BBS wheels, front rotors, and the exhaust parts separate. I could see the car in the 37-38 range and maybe someone might buy it for 35-36k or so. Good luck!

I also know on the west coast, not having seeing snow helps the value a bit.

Just went to the dealer today and also pulled some numbers from online sale prices. With more miles/worse condition, they are selling for $40k stock.

Happy to let it go stock w/tune and CPO warranty for $38k obo. I might repurpose the wheels and part out the rest or something.
