New 507 rattles
What are the common areas to look at.
On smooth roads I hear nothing. If I drive fast, the amazing engine drowns it out... Lol.
Do I just need to get used to this?
On a side note I bought a 507 with way too much equipment because it was the only one with a LSD.

Don't worry about techs driving your car. Supposed to be driven hard anyway. I know that's hard to stomach but it really isn't bad.
BTW -- most common noise complain is a squeak coming from behind the center dash. But you said a rattle so idk

Also, I used to sweat the techs or a valet taking my car. As long as they dont make the interior dirty or scratch/dent/ruin the exterior in any way, they can drive it as hard as they want, because quite frankly, I don't think they will push it any harder than I do or already have.
On a side note, my car is at the dealer now and the dealer couldn't reproduce the sound that was happening. I told them, trust me, its very reproduceable and noticeable. Best way I can describe it is like the car is clearing its throat but a car would have metal "dice" or "snot" that it's clearing so it sounds like metal rattling out of the exhaust. Only thing is it happens in 2nd and 3rd gear at exactly 4k RPM when you are stepping on it, not babying it. (not sure about others as 1st comes too fast and hard to hear, and i don't normally run the car in 4th-7th). I told them you are probably just not pushing it hard enough. That turned out to be the case, because I went in, told the tech to hop in, and instantly made the noise happen and he agreed it was easily heard and noticeable.
Anyway long story short, they thought it was an exhaust problem so they replaced my resonator, no go, replaced the secondary cats, no go. Now they might think it's an engine problem....hope its not, I'll find out next week, but either way everything is covered by warranty.
First off, holy **** that engine is just crazy good. Trying to drive this car slow is amusing. I had a few occasions where I'm leaving a light as slow as I can without making the car all jerky. There is an idiot trying to race me and we stay neck and neck until I reach a few miles over speed limit and stop accelerating. The idiot thinks he ran with me. What's wrong with people?
Anyway, second off, the suspension on the 507 is stiff as ****. Not complaining, but i just realized it's been a long time since I owned a car this stiff. Roads that felt relatively smooth in other cars feel like cobblestone in the 507. I have never driven a non 507 c63 but man the 507 is stiff. I like it, but bad roads are punishing compared to other cars.
So here is what I figured out. On smooth roads there is no noise at all. On the highway, no noise either. On rough roads there is definitely pano noise. On really really really rough roads the suspension and dash board chime in and the noises are pretty substantial.
Also the roads that I drive on suck pretty bad.
Then I discovered that the car has a pretty good stereo and it completely drowns out all the offensive noises even at moderate volume.
So I think I definitely have some pano noise on roads that are anything but smooth. The other stuff I think is only on really bad roads.
I guess my question is:
Should I have it looked at for pano noise or is that just normal on rough roads?

I want to address what should be addressed, but enjoy the car, rather than trying to turn it into something it isn't.
For me there was a huge improvement on most roads. On really bad roads it's still very noisy but that's to be expected when the car is bouncing you all over the place.
You also can go a bit wider in front and back with zero rubbing.
Congrats on your 507 enjoy!!!!
