c63 p31 vs oe tuned c63




My car is a 2012 c63 coupe p31 bone stock
His car is a 2009 with oe tune (93oct),primary and secondary delete on stock manis,charcoal delete with k&n drop ins.
We did few runs but only recorded 2
First is 45 to about 135ish
And second run was 45 to 160+
45mph to 150

Im just trying to get some info about p31 tune gains
I ordered eurocharged v5 send them stock file just waiting for them to send me modified file/tune so i can upload into the car.
Also ordered mhp longtube headers with xpipe (catless).
We will rerace again this coming week once i flash the eurocjarged file to see the difference from p31( if any).

I have OE Tune. I think im going to change to Eurocharged as i feel OE hasnt really done much.
Please post up your thoughts on switching from OE to Eurocharged im very interested to see
OE did my ML63 tune. That was a bit of a difference. Only because back then, Jerry (Eurocharged) couldnt tune it for some reason (the ECU file was too new or whatever)
He [OE] also came out to do my C63 Estate and 2 other friends cars (C63 & M3)
I did say to Jeremy 10 mins after he did the tune, i cant feel much of a difference in the C63 Estate.
Personally i just feel there wasnt much difference at all. PERSONALLY. I have no before or after dyno to prove anything.
Though i can say this, with my old E63, i did Eurocharged V3 (thats what was current back then in 2012) it was a NIGHT & DAY difference.
Hence why im thinking of going Eurocharged in my C63 Estate.
For me, from stock to OE Tune, made little to no difference in what i FEEL.
I thought maybe its because the Perf Pkg guys get little out of a tune. As this thread shows even acceleration between a tuned and a perf pkg car.
Did OE as Jeremy happened to be coming to Australia at the times i wanted a tune, and it was just convenient for him to come over and do it.
I am very eager to see when the OP changed to Eurocharged his thoughts, as that will be the deciding factor for me.
Real world switch from OE to Eurocharged. Same car. Same driver etc.
The headers and x-pipe will make a bigger difference, especially alongside a new tune to adjust for them - you should get closer to 40+ hp.
OEtune is much faster then EC5 ..I have them both, OEpulls insanely hard, I can pull my friends R32 GTR that is pushing 500WHP with a stroker on my OEtune, EC5 it's basically dead even

see for yourself, OE's tune pulls, maybe your friend drives like a grandma, no offence but his car sounds stock, 2nd cat delete and it's more quite then yours stock? Wat? Lol...2nd cat delete makes ears bleed when you're right beside it..
I think you guys forget OE holds the record for the fastest tuned C63 too

I'm thinking of either doing EC 5 or maybe a dyno tune by AMS as they are really close.
