Check all your idlers and pulleys. 30,000km on mine. The tensioner pulley had bearings missing and was starting to wobble around so bad it machined itself into the tensioner. Found two other idlers, looks like the bearing was spinning in the idler. AC pulley also destroyed and wobbling all over.
Take the top rad hose off, pull your fan and check them all. I was getting some noise, I didn't expect it to be this bad.

Yes could have been ugly if one broke. Ordering new ones and Weistec says they have a new belt out that is easier on the pulleys.
Does anyone know how to get the AC pulley off? Not sure if the bearing is stuck on there or if I need a puller? I can't remember if it just slid off before or not. I have the rubber drive piece off the AC pulley but the actual pulley itself won't come off.

If you are at the point of removing the rubber isolator, it should slide off. If it isn't coming off easily, you can spray some WD-40 on the shaft and let it soak a bit to slide off. If you need further assistance, please feel free to email us. Thanks.
