Leaked Supercharger Pics Inside

Based on personal contact I can assure you that it is simply too early for any input from Magnusson. Don't you think they want to chime in with information if they could - they are in the business of selling superchargers. I have been told that if you are patient for a week or 2 then you may get some real factual information.
I suggest that you all stop the speculation posts and sit back and wait for some information to come direct from the source in the near future.

The guy at Magnuson who had the information about the product was out of the office the week I called. It wasn't that they didn't have any.

All the numbers will be available within a few weeks, including package options, power gains (with independent testing), dealer channels, prices, warranty details, transmission upgrade options, etc.
We anticipate having a limited number of production release kits available late November.
Magnuson has produced more supercharger kits for the aftermarket than any other manufacturer, is TS/ISO quality certified supplying global OEM's, & is looking forward to being a significant contributor to the enjoyment of driving a C63.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I personally think the last thing the C63 needs is a supercharger (loss of traction anyone?), but if I was going down this path I wouldn't hesitate to grab one of these if the price is right. I hope I'm not talking out of school when I say that some people might be surprised with the results...
Looking forward to answering your questions after that ...
Many of us have bought new which means we've already sunk in about 80k on the car. When we come to mod it we don't want something that is cheap and going to ruin our car. We also run into the dreaded Mercedes Tax everywhere we look, so I don't know what cheap enough would be to each person. Lastly, even if you bought the car for 35K and you want to throw a "cheap" supercharger in there because the car didn't cost you that much, once again, ruin something in the engine and that Mercedes Tax is going to be knocking on your door with a nice fat repair bill.
I think most of the guys on here commenting "meh" look at it the way I do. Weistec has been doing this for years and they stand behind their product. It's been tested on alot of cars, and yes while it's not without its problems (but what highly modified engine cars don't have their fair share?) they've been through alot with cars that have been years on the road to have ironed out most of the major problems. That's why personally, if I ever SC, I'm taking my car to Weistec.
Bring it on I say
