I have not broke any yet. But doing 1.4xx in the 60 ft. with slicks tires and around 800 whp I think it is a matter of time before it happens. So I prefer to prevent before something happened.

Not even Dad's pulled short times like that. Merc63's 1.584 60' time is the quickest recorded so far for record runs, and dodger63 wasn't far behind. Maybe a few have gone a couple hundredths quicker. But to claim a 1.4x is a whole different story. I'd like to see that slip, if it even exists. Which it doesn't.

Add 100 shot NOS, a Stage 3 w/ built engine and proper front runners and 1.4x is doable.

It sounds easier than it really is. As Charliekay said the record is on drag times and has been discuss on this forum before. The transmission slips on third and fourth so we are waiting for much better results as soon as Weistec finish our stage 2 tranny.
Back on topic, if the axle fits a 2010 C63 it will be of great value.

Well the bulletproof is the max. But as years pass things improve. Now Weistec are using new clutches that has a much higher coefficient of friction and better resistance to heat compare to the previous clutch material. They call it the V2 as shown on their web site.
If this new transmission hold the power you will see a few more C63 in the 9's soon.

I think the only guys I've heard of snapping axles were running the upgraded torque converter with a higher stall. Nice to see something is out there.
I need this V2 tranny, mine is messed up already but only to 4th gear in manual, very weird. I'm going to send it back down to Weistec this fall.
