Front rotor fittement

There is a detailed thread on a RacingBrake upgrade to go from the stock C63 brake dimensions (360mm diameter front rotors, 330 mm rear rotors), to a 390/360 setup (i.e. Black Series dimensions). I actually have that setup installed.
In order to do that, the front calipers need adapters and in the rear I had to swap the stock calipers against Black Series calipers, that have longer 'legs'. In the rear an adapter does not work.
A 390 mm front rotor also needs at least 19 inch rims, so you could not run 18 inch rims (e.g. in winter).
If you want to reuse your 390 mm caliper, you need the adapters and would have to make sure that the offset of the rotor matches the stock C63 rotor. It cannot be further towards the inside or further towards the outside than the stock rotor. That latter is probably the case, since they are all Mercedes, but not 100% certain.
