Thanks for the info. I actually called up a very good body shop about an hour away from my place here in California and they said painted and installed for $800 after I showed them the HMS install video. I told them it was a deal so will be taking it in two weeks.
For reference, this is the shop: http://www.yelp.com/biz/elite-auto-body-sacramento
They've done some crazy work. They put an M4 rear bumper and M6 front bumper onto a E60 M5 and it looks really, really good.
When I take it in, I plan to ask them about molding them on as I'm not sure exactly how I'll like the white Sika Flex.
We'll see when the time comes I guess. Hoping they can give me good insight.

Also, HMS got back to me on the exterior adhesive they use...SikaFlex.
Sounds good. Added to potential second Group Buy list.

Alternatives: Black Series OEM, Black Series Type: Prior Design, etc or Renntech. There are a few Japanese companies as well but near impossible to get.

So the HMS Jade R wheels are 19x10 +25 as shown below. I don't get it. Based on how wide these fenders are, shouldn't we be able to fit a more aggressive offset? Obviously a ton of backspacing available here, but still. I feel like a +15 should work, but given the below picture, I'm not sure I'd push it any further.... Thoughts anyone? Unless they're running a spacer, but I asked HMS to confirm the info above and they said this was indeed the recommended size.

Just run spacers on your VS-XX until you're happy with the fitment and it doesn't rub, then you'll find out.
Doesn't look like there's too much more room there.
Max fitment on OEM is usually 19x10 +50 with a 275/30/19. The fenders are only about 30MM Wider, so it makes sense to be able to run 19x10 +25. Maybe +20 at the most.
Keep in mind, rubbing on FRP Flares and rubbing on Metal are two different things.

Phil, I just raised this question on AMG3.2 build thread... so you are saying add spacers & call it a day will look fine? I think it will look funky. LOL
I thought these fenders added more clearance outside the fenders & since we are not touching the rear axle, we should be able to run 19x11 with 295/30/19 no?
