I apologize for the delay. I have no documentation on the liner part #s on my computer and my fenders are in a different location so I don't want to give you the wrong part #. Give me a few more days and I'll update you.

Call Tracy at Skyland (oediscountparts.com). She tracked down a few sets for me a couple weeks ago when I needed them for my rear fender work. They're not expensive, she knows exactly the part #s that are needed, and she got them to me the next day.
