Pardon newb questions:
1) appears to be bolt-in?
2) no CEL?
3) any mods to placement of O2 sensors required?

hp/tq improvements? or for the wgt red/sound primarily?

Hey, thank you for the questions.
1) There is one cut, but it is completely bolt on. No welding needed.
2) There is no CEL after installing.
3) The X-Pipe removes the resonator. There are no O2 sensors that need to be removed.

There is a small if not any hp/tq gains. This is all for sound and flow!

It looks like it replaces both the secondary cats & the resonator, no?

The car in the picture got a full exhaust done, that's why you don't see any cats. The X-Pipe alone just removes the resonator.
