Why would you have to swap them out for inspection? I have a set of ARH/MHP headers that I had no problem passing inspection. If you're worried, just get the same set of headers as me and be done with it.

Driving around town it wasn't that loud even with the valves open. WOT throttle louder than any muscle car I've heard. It's honestly ****ing scary loud at WOT haha.
