Phil, here is what I got from jacky@vividracing.com. You might also want to consider new bearings but I don't have a number for them. I also second James or Tal@acgautomotive.com as they have a complete install kit.
The wavetrac is only the unit itself. You can get new rings and sealings from the dealer. Here is a typical install kit. 2309970346 Mercedes Benz Seal Ring - Interior Flange qty2 003989982010 Mercedes Sealing Compound qty1 For Dif oil, we recommend Motul Synthetic. Jacky

Mercedes does not list these bearings separately for C63's. Thankfully they are parts bin parts.
Prices online seem to range from a bit over $100 to $135 or so each. I replaced both for mine.
